РАВЕНСТВO ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ ВОЗМОЖНОСТЕЙ  КАК ОСНОВА СТРАТЕГИИ РАЗВИТИЯ СИСТЕМ ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ

Анотація

Дослідження носить міждисциплінарний характер. У ньому використовувався комплекс методів: теоретичні методи (категоріальний аналіз понять, які використовуються для опису феномена освіти як інституту соціалізації, покликаного забезпечити рівність в отриманні освіти, його доступність); історико-педагогічний аналіз, що дозволив виділити, структурувати і описати етапи розвитку проблеми; компаративістський метод, що дає можливість виявити і вивчити загальні та особливі підходи у вирішенні проблеми в різних країнах. Представлена авторська точка зору, яка дозволяє довести можливість і доцільність використання конструктивістського підходу до проведення міждисциплінарних досліджень в освіті з питань забезпечення рівних можливостей і результатів в освіті в умовах соціальної нерівності. Висновки дослідження дають можливість розробити і запропонувати рекомендації для педагогічної практики, шляхи вирішення проблеми, найважливішими серед яких виступають використання лідерства в освіті, комунікативних практик навчання і формування комунікативних компетенцій викладачів для ефективного їх використання в своїй діяльності.
