The impact of martial law on the creation of news content  in the "United News (Yedyni Novyny)" marathon (using the example of the "1+1" TV channel) and "5 Channel"

Анотація

Метою статті є дослідити вплив воєнного стану на створення телевізійного контенту для інформаційних програм на прикладі телеканалу «1+1» (як учасника об’єднаного телемарафону «Єдині новини») та «5 каналу». Крім того, він має на меті створити посібник (покрокові інструкції) для цивільних журналістів, які планують перекваліфікуватися на військових кореспондентів.

Для досягнення поставленої мети в дослідженні було використано декілька методів: узагальнення, порівняльний аналіз, моніторинг та інтерв'ю.

У дослідженні проаналізовано законодавчу базу воєнного стану, яка безпосередньо впливає на діяльність ЗМІ у воєнний час. Зазначалося, що встановлені правові межі впливають на різні аспекти роботи ЗМІ. Зокрема, журналісти іноді змушені нехтувати терміновістю новин, щоб уникнути загрози національній безпеці.

Дослідження передбачало моніторинг понад 100 годин ефіру двох телекомпаній, що охоплював 82 випуски новин, які включали 230 оригінальних матеріалів (телерепортажів або прямих ефірів) на військову тематику. Під час аналізу досліджувалися особливості їх охоплення, частота виходу в ефір, динаміка обсягу контенту за періоди моніторингу. Дослідження також порівняло характеристики формування контенту двох каналів, підкресливши подібності та відмінності. Інформаційний контент описувався за кількома параметрами: тривалістю ефіру, тривалістю, типом монтажу відео та ін.

Крім того, були взяті особисті інтерв’ю з військовими кореспондентами: Юлією Кирієнко (телеканал «1+1») та Ольгою Калиновською («5 канал»). Досліджено практичне застосування та використання норм воєнного стану в діяльності цих медійників. На основі цього та враховуючи досвід автора як військового кореспондента (2014-2017 рр.) у зоні АТО/ООС, розроблено комплексний посібник для цивільних журналістів, які бажають перекваліфікуватися у військових кореспондентів. Цей посібник можна практично застосувати до розвитку журналістської галузі в Україні.
